Addicts to plastic interventions have a mental obsession that leads them to modify certain parts of their face and body in an extreme way, even reaching the point of deformation. This is exactly what happens to Andrea Ivanova, a 23-year-old Bulgarian girl. She is the woman with the largest lips in the world and, despite having pricked hyaluronic acid more than 25 times in just two years, she wants to continue increasing them.
Her family does not agree with the aesthetic changes that Andrea is undergoing since, as she herself has explained, they are too eccentric . It all started in 2018, when hyaluronic acid was injected into the lips for the first time.
Since then she has become addicted to this touch-up, receiving a monthly injection . Something not recommended by plastic surgeons, who advise applying hyaluronic acid to the lips for between four and eight months, depending on each patient.

The woman with the largest lips in the world has spoken with ‘Daily Star’ and has explained that she has always wanted to have big and voluminous lips . Regarding how much money has been spent in total, he estimates that about 5,800 euros in total, considering that each injection of hyaluronic acid in Bulgaria is priced at 230 euros.
Andrea’s aesthetic changes go beyond the lips. She also underwent a breast augmentation procedure to put 600 cubic meters of silicone on each breast, 1,200 cubic meters in total. Now you are thinking about undergoing surgery again so that your breasts are twice as large as they are at the moment. She also wants to do other touch-ups, like chin shaping and cheekbones.
The young woman studies German philosophy at the University of Sofia and ensures that she receives many messages from ‘haters’ on a daily basis. But she will not allow herself to be stopped and will continue with the cosmetic surgery operations that she has in mind.
