The first puzzle that will force us to stop to read and think a bit about Resident Evil Village, will take place when we take the part of Dimitrescu castle a little advanced, when we reach the ablution room , on the second floor, right next to the Dimitrescu’s gambling. There you will see four statues that you will have to turn.
The only clue comes from the plaque at the bottom, which reads as follows:
Women lack interest in men’s affairs. But the poor man offers himself to the Lord so that the nameless blood may flow.
What does this mean? Basically, that the statues where the women come out cannot see the statues of the men. Thus, the statues of women (both located on the right), have to look only at each other.
To do this, you have to stand behind each statue to be able to rotate it.
And what about men? As the second sentence says, “the poor man offers himself to the lord”, so the statue with the three poor men must be looking at the one of the lord on horseback. And the latter, in turn, look at the lady who is just to his right. In this way “the nameless blood will flow” and we will unlock a hidden exit.
