Among the loading screens of Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War a new mode has crept into Activision that we were unaware of its existence. Knowing that from Treyarch they are preparing new content to update the game, it would not be surprising that Dropkick was one of their next novelties.
The message you have at the bottom of the cover image is not the only one that has come to light referring to the new mode. In addition to that there is another tip that also talks about Dropkick offering some clues about its playability :

Beyond how fun the proposal seems, a way in which to keep a target in our possession and that will keep the respawn frozen until the other team does not charge the carrier, here the great trick is to see how much it is getting Treyarch stacks with keep the game alive.
With Warzone still in a kind of limbo, the multiplayer of Black Ops Cold War grew recently with the arrival of Nuketown, the mythical mousetrap map of the saga that always makes an appearance in Black Ops . With many more to come, it seems that boosting multiplayer is one of the studio’s top priorities.
