New details about ‘Indiana Jones and the Staff of Kings’ that make the game look better and better. From LucasArts they revealed a few weeks ago that the game will have a cooperative mode, in which we can play with a friend who will take control of an old acquaintance of the saga: Indy’s father, Professor Henry Jones Senior.
On these lines you can see for the first time a video of this game mode, being the first time that something like this has been incorporated into an Indiana Jones game.
As for the way in which this cooperation will take place, it is nothing that we have not already seen in other titles: from the possibility of combining our shots against enemies, to that of driving vehicles like a tank in which, while a character is takes control, the other handles the barrel of the same. The fundamental novelty of this game lies, therefore, in the possibility of controlling Indy’s father for the first time in a game in the series.
Of course, in this cooperative mode the adventure will be different from that of the single player mode. Basically, we will collaborate with another friend to prevent a number of valuable artifacts from falling into the wrong hands by solving specially designed puzzles for two players.
