‘Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3’ will have an application for Android and iPhone, although that does not mean that we will be able to play the Activision title on our mobile phones. Actually this application will allow us to customize a series of game parameters from anywhere and without having to connect the console or the PC.
Imagine that you are on the train on your way home after a hard day’s work. You plan to play ‘Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3’ for a little while when you arrive to disconnect a bit. During the journey the light turns on and you see clearly that the previous day’s strategy did not work for you, so you take your mobile out of your pocket, open the ‘Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3’ application and modify your weapons, the perks and even the killstreaks. That is exactly what this app will allow us to do.
It will be free and in principle it should work for the PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of the game. Also, if we register with Call of Duty Elite, it seems that we will still have access to more functionalities than if we do not. I am looking forward to seeing exactly how all of this is handled. I am not referring to the changes that we are going to be able to make from the application, but to how it is going to connect to the different platforms to modify these parameters. Unless everything necessarily goes through Call of Duty Elite and the difference is in having a free account or a paid subscription.
