A spokesman for the Münster police said on Thursday that the short scene was preceded by a lengthy discussion in which the officer had adequately explained to the participants why the alleged “walk” was a gathering from the police point of view. “The colleague’s choice of words is certainly to be discussed. In the matter it was necessary to show a clear edge, “said the spokesman. dpa
