Marc Márquez took pole position for the 2022 MotoGP Japanese GP, leading a classification more than a thousand days (three years) later. And there he resumed the count of poles that allow him to have the historical record of the highest category of the motorcycling world championship, which already reaches 63.
Beyond MotoGP , the Honda rider already has 91 pole positions in the world championship, just nine out of a hundred. Will he make it in the next few years?
