Initially they had the Frenchman from Formula 2, Clement Novalak , and the 15-year-old Bulgarian who was karting champion in his country, Nikola Tsolov , and now the Spanish from Formula 3, Pepe Martí, joins them.
“Born from the illusion of instilling what sport has taught us young drivers”, as indicated by the company from Oviedo on its website, it tries to promote the careers of those who are still in the lower categories and want to move up to Formula 1 in the not too distant future.
The latest addition to A14 Management is 17 years old, but he already knows what it’s like to complete a full season of Formula 3, one of the championships that accompanies the Great Circus around the world on various weekends. Martí participated with Campos Racing , in what was a Spanish association to provide the necessary experience to the one from Barcelona.

The agency was created “with the intention of selecting a small group of drivers from the world of karting, the cradle of this sport, and instilling in them the essential values to achieve their goals”, and with this signing of Martí they want to increase their radar to bring a top representative.
