How to solve the maze of the island May Day 2021
Once your game is updated to the most recent version, Cinnamon will invite you to stop by the airfield to pick up the May Day ticket that Rafa will give you when you talk to him. You will have to select the option ” go on a trip ” to choose the ticket in question.
Thanks to him you will be able to participate in a special promotion organized by Tom Nook that will take you to a special island in the shape of a labyrinth and different from last year. In addition, you will travel with completely empty pockets, although do not worry, because you will recover all the objects when you return to the town.
Once there, you just have to follow the following steps that we are going to indicate below:
- As soon as you start there will be a shovel. You will have to use it to uproot the bush that you have practically on the right hand side.
- You catch the cherry that is lying on the ground, you eat it and with the shovel you will be able to tear the tree from the ground.
- You pick up the two normal boards that are located a little higher.
- From here the path divides in two. If you go to the right you can collect two cherries.
- Then you take the other path, the one that went to the left, and remove the bush with the shovel.
- Pick up the flexible wooden board and the Ladder project in case you haven’t learned it yet.
- You eat one of the cherries and with the shovel you break the stone that is nearby. From there you follow the only path there is until you find two flexible wooden boards.
- You eat the cherry that you have left to uproot the tree there and cover the hole, if you want.
- You take the way down to catch the two units of cherries that are on the ground.
- You return to the starting point of the labyrinth and this time you take the path to the right.
- You eat one of the cherries that you have in your pockets and with the shovel you break the stone that is located in this place.
- You pick the cherry on the ground and eat it to uproot the tree.
- You get the two rigid boards right below.
- Going up you eat the cherry that you have left to uproot the tree that blocks your path and cover the hole that it leaves with the shovel.
- Around there will be a flexible board, two normal boards and a cherry that you can pick up.
- You return once more to the starting point of the maze to go to the left path until you find a DIY stump and a stone.
- You eat the cherry you caught earlier and with the shovel you smash the stone to collect the two rigid boards.
- At that time you should have all the materials to make the ladder in the DIY station.
- Exactly he will ask you for four normal boards, four flexible boards and four rigid boards.
- When you have the ladder you can go a little lower where you will see a somewhat higher place and which you can only access with the ladder.
- This will allow you to collect the battered ax that has a maximum of three uses.
- Again you return to the starting point to take the path to the right until you reach the place with three holes placed in a vertical position.
- Along the path of the hole in the center there is a tree that you will have to hit with the ax to tear it to pieces.
- As soon as you split it in two the ax will break. The stump that will remain can be removed with the shovel and later cover the hole that it leaves.
- You climb the ladder up the little mountain below, where there are a couple of cherries to pick and a bush that you can uproot with the shovel.
- Once the bush is removed, you go down that side of the mountain with the ladder.
- You make your way up until you find two trees that you can remove with the shovel after eating the two cherries.
- You will see another mountain to climb with the ladder and collect the three cherries that are on it.
- You go down the right side with the ladder and you pluck the bush with the shovel.
- You continue along the path that is jumping the different holes until you reach the tree at the top.
- You eat one of the cherries and you pick it up from the ground with the shovel.
- With the ladder you climb the mountain where Fran is, who will be happy to see you again and will ask you how you have been lately.
- As a reward for having overcome the maze, he will tell you that he will send you a letter that will arrive the next day.
- When you get to the mailbox it will contain a gift that will be a portrait of him.
- To complete the maze to 100%, you can go down the left side of the mountain where Fran is and shovel the bush there.
- This will allow you to collect four berry tickets.
- Then you continue along the outer path of the labyrinth at the top up until you find a stone. You break it after eating a cherry and pick the other two cherries there.
- Continuing along the path outside the labyrinth, going down the left side, you will see a row with three stones. You eat the three cherries you have left to break them.
- You collect the five berry tickets and you will only have to tear the bushes that are to the right to easily return to the beginning of everything.
- If you talk to Rodri you can go back to your village and tell Tom Nook how you have been on the secret island. As for the tickets, you will also receive them in your mailbox.
With all these steps you should not have problems to overcome the maze. Even so, if you get confused with a step or get stuck, you can always request the Rescue Service to reset the labyrinth in exchange for 100 miles.
