December in Warsaw: weather, what to pack, and what to see

Although the skies darken as winter sweeps across Poland, December can be a great time to visit the capital city of Warsaw, which will be covered in lights and festive decorations for the Christmas season. Although the nights can be quite chilly and the days are often cloudy, there is still plenty to do and see in Warsaw at this time of year, especially if you are looking for a way to get into the Christmas spirit.
