A study carried out by the Harris Interactive company reveals that bosses are more willing to take vacations than their employees . Specifically, in the summer of 2012 they estimate that 81 percent of managers and people with positions in companies plan to take a break and travel, compared to only 65 percent of employees. In addition, 15 percent of the workers surveyed said that this year they would lose vacation days due to "lack of time" and not for financial reasons. On the other hand, most workers who have decided to take a summer vacation will rest for less than ten days .
In addition, the study suggests that, while the holidays last, three out of ten workers keep in touch with their office or workplace.
