Ducati unveils the first images of its 2022 MotoGP

Ducati’s launch date was threatened by Jack Miller testing positive for COVID-19 while in Australia, with the Borgo Panigale factory rescheduling its launch to Monday 7 February. However, Ducati did not want to wait until then to let the fans enjoy their Desmosedici.

The Italian structure has published an official video as an appetizer of what will be its presentation next Monday. With a duration of 34 seconds, Ducati has shown the prominent aesthetics of the Desmosedici with which they will try to reach the top of the MotoGP honor drawer.

The new Ducati colors will make their track debut this week in shakedown testing ahead of two days of official pre-season testing at the Sepang International Circuit in Malaysia.

In this way, Ducati, Pramac, Gresini and the newly incorporated Valentino Rossi VR46 Team will represent the Italian brand from Borgo Panigale this year, with eight bikes on the grid.

These ranks will be spread across 2022-spec Bagnaia, Miller, Martin, Johann Zarco and Luca Marini drivers, while the Gresini duo of Enea Bastianini, Fabio Di Giannantonio and Marco Bezzecchi will enjoy the 2021 prototype.

The Ducati presentation will continue as scheduled. The Italian factory will have its launch next Monday , February 7 at 4:00 p.m. (Spanish time). During this presentation, the team will express its expectations for the coming season and will present, together with its drivers, the latest details of its prototype.
