The MotoGP world championship has returned after a long summer break, and it has done so by landing at Silverstone to celebrate the British Grand Prix. After a hair-raising crash in FP4, Aleix Espargaró managed to gain a foothold in the second row, the same from which Fabio Quartararo, his great rival for the championship, will start, although he limped back to his box.
