The MotoGP world championship landed in Spain for the second time this season, although this time it arrives without one of its great national banners, Marc Márquez. Despite the absence of the eighth world champion, the Mediterranean sun welcomed everyone for a spectacular Sunday of racing.
After an accident in the first corner involving Alex Rins, Pecco Bagnaia and Takaaki Nakagami, eyes turned to Quartararo, who opened an insurmountable gap for the rest of the drivers and was crowned winner of the premier class event.
