Saturday could be considered the most important day of the Formula 1 Monaco Grand Prix due to the vital classification that defines the grid order for the start of the following day’s race.
The three rounds of this session are unpredictable, and nobody knows what can happen, since the slightest mistake can send any driver against the wall, reducing all options for a good result. If you end up against the guardrails, you can almost call your weekend over, as you will have to start from the back of the pack with very large single-seaters that are difficult to overtake on the narrow streets of Monaco.
For this reason we bring you the compilation of the best photographs of this day in the small country of the Côte d’Azur .

After free practice dominated by Ferrari and, above all, by Charles Leclerc, who acts as the local driver, Red Bull tried to break the Prancing Horse , and they succeeded momentarily with Sergio Pérez in the last practice session on Saturday .
However, the distances were minimal, since only a few thousandths made the difference between being the leader and finishing third. The surprise was in Max Verstappen, since the current world champion seemed to be a step behind in the Principality compared to his partner and the two cars from Maranello, Leclerc’s own and Carlos Sainz’s.
However, and as we have already been able to experience in other seasons, the real fire begins when the pitlane of the Monegasque track opens in the first round of qualifying, as it did.
