I’m closer than I expected”, summarized Gardner , who now has two days ahead of him in which he will try to rest as much as he can, before getting back on the bike on Saturday, again in Sepang and already with the rest of the MotoGP grid.
“The wrist gets worse as the hours go by. Monday and Tuesday still, but today, after eating, I got on the bike and I couldn’t even apply the brake,” added the Aussie rider, very happy to have been able to take part in the shakedown, despite being touched.
“For a rookie, these days are very useful. Even despite the limitations I have, I have been able to ride and familiarize myself with many things that were new”, clinched the #87.
