Due to its small size, her case was recorded as the second highest concentration of caffeine for someone who has survived a caffeine overdose.
In another case, a 16-year-old teenager ingested about 8 grams of caffeine but survived. All this to say that there is no real amount to avoid so that caffeine does not kill you but that basically if it existed it would be really difficult to get. Doctors advise against taking more than 500-600 mg of caffeine a day , but not because it can actually kill you but because it can lead to health problems in the future, such as reduced brain volume.
