How to pay your Infonavit credit through the app step by step

Did you know that you can now pay your Infonavit credit using only your cell phone? The process is done from the institution's mobile application. If you are interested in using this modality, we will teach you step by step.

The Infonavit mobile application provides you with services so that you can consult your savings information or know the situation of your credit through your username and password. To use it, remember that you must first register from the Institutional Portal.

To pay your credit from your cell phone, you need to download the Infonavit mobile application on your phone, which is available for iOS and Android. When you have done it, follow these steps:

  • You must enter your and the same password that you registered in the My Infonavit Account portal.
  • Pull down the menu and go to “Balances and movements”.
  • Select the payment option that suits you best, the amount to pay and press "Continue".
