Few more interesting moments than these occur to us to acquire a gaming laptop. The lack of stock of components, mainly, plus the good models that we find today, makes many users opt for one of these although they do not need to carry their equipment from here to there. And much more if they are on sale, of course.
Offers like this HP Pavilion Gaming 16-a0040ns that now costs 849.99 euros, being one of the best options in this price range. Generally around 1,000 euros, but with the current drop it has reached its historical minimum price on Amazon, making it more attractive than ever.
This model includes an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Ti graphics with 4 GB of VRAM, a high-performance Intel Core i7-10870H CPU, 8 GB of RAM and 512 GB of SSD. All this with a 16.1-inch Full HD screen, one of HP’s hallmarks; we are used to 15.6 and 17.3-inch panels, but many laptops from this company bet on a size that straddles the two.
The connectivity section, meanwhile, is also quite complete, since it incorporates: SD card reader (which unfortunately fewer and fewer manufacturers include), various USB, HDMI, headphone jack, RJ45 for connection to the network of Internet and a USB Type-C with DisplayPort output.
With a laptop of these characteristics we will be able to play competitive games without problems, where graphic quality is not the most important thing and which, as a general rule, are not as demanding as triple A. And regarding the latter, adjusting the graphic options as well they can offer us a more than satisfactory performance.
Finally, as usual, this HP Pavilion does not come with an operating system installed as standard. But it is something of an easy solution : we can purchase the Windows license ourselves or, if we prefer, there is also the option to try Windows Insider.
