The Italian from the Gresini team took advantage of his time in the first qualifying round (Q1), and in very delicate conditions, with the asphalt half wet due to the four drops that fell intermittently, he managed to lead the offensive Ducati, which will win the first five places on the grid.
Next to Digia will start Marco Bezzecchi, also a rookie like the Roman, while Luca Marini will close the front row.
In the second they will form Johann Zarco (fourth), Pecco Bagnaia (fifth) and Fabio Quartararo, the current champion and leader of the championship, who will start sixth.
Aleix Espargaro will start seventh, ahead of Takaaki Nakagami (eighth) and Pol Espargaró, who will be ninth, while Enea Bastianini (tenth), Jorge Martín (eleventh) and Marc Márquez (twelfth) will occupy the fourth row.
