This Friday, September 3, 2021, the first part of the fifth and final season of ‘La Casa de Papel’ will be released . Since it was released in 2017 it has become a great international phenomenon, to the point that for months it was the most “marathoned” series on Netflix. Well, such is the desire to see the outcome of the robbery of the Bank of Spain that a company has created the “Netflix & Chill Day” and has given all its workers a day off.
The Netflix India account shared an official letter from the Verve Logic company this week. In it, the director, Abhisek Jain, declares September 3 as a holiday, the “Netflix & Chill Day .” In it, he invites all his employees to stay at home to enjoy ‘La Casa de Papel’ as a form of gratitude for “the incredible spirit” they have shown during the Covid-19 pandemic with teleworking.
We had our “bank work” excuse ready for our boss but this is fantastic! 💯 https://t.co/2wb5c6MORm

How could it be otherwise, the letter did not take long to go viral. Many users on social networks doubted its veracity, and the company had to publish another tweet confirming that it was completely true. In addition, the message contains a list of recommendations for workers to enjoy the festive day by watching ‘La Casa de Papel’ . He encourages them to do a “marathon” to see all the episodes in one day and finish at 9:00 pm.

Fifth season of ‘La Casa de Papel’
The fifth season of the series is divided into two parts: the first premieres on September 3 and the second on December 3 . In it there are two new characters from the hand of the actors Patrick Criado and Miguel Ángel Silvestre.
“When we began to write Part 5 in the midst of a pandemic, we felt that we had to change what was expected of a ten-episode season and we tried by all means to generate a feeling of a season finale or series finale in that first volume. We decided to work in an extreme war genre and put La Banda on the ropes. In volume 2 we focus more on the emotionality of the characters, it is a journey through their sentimental map that connects us directly with the farewell ” , points out Álex Pina, creator of ‘La Casa de Papel’ .
