Ferrari driver Charles Leclerc won Formula 1’s prize through an open vote for fans, known as “Driver of the Day” , at the Australian GP. The Monegasque was able to retain the lead from pole position and, after a small battle with Max Verstappen, who eventually dropped out, he climbed to the top of the podium in Melbourne .
The current leader of the standings sealed a Grand Chelem by taking pole position, leading every lap of the race, setting the fastest lap and winning at Albert Park on Sunday.
