Where: Walker’s Point, inside the Iron Horse Hotel

Details : The Great Northern Brunch buffet on Sundays honors restaurant-inspired dishes along the Washington-Maine route. This includes grilled ribs from Blue’s Barbecue in Billings, Mont., Blueberry Crepes from The Pines Café in Ironwood, Mich .; and smoked salmon from the Faroe Islands in the North Atlantic, as well as Smyth’s own tiramisu pancakes. Bonus: The $ 29 brunch price includes three mimosas per guest, plus Wisconsin cheeses, pastries, yogurt, bacon and sausage, vegetable salad, and mixed fruits and berries.

Details: Only served on Sundays, the menu includes entrees to share, such as croissants (served in a basket with fresh jams) or a selection of 3-5 French sauces , before moving on to an indulgent menu of French classics like croque madame or poulet paillard (breaded chicken breast with spinach, lemon and cheese vinaigrette) and sautéed crab meat with béarnaise sauce and a side of Dauphinoise potatoes. There are also many egg dishes.

Details: Perfect for hipsters, and wine lovers, as the bar has a wine tasting machine, Friday, Saturday and Sunday brunch offers comfort foods such as chicken and waffles, biscuits and gravy, shrimp and grits, and corned beef hash. Spring for table service Mimosa, who puts a jug of freshly squeezed orange juice and a bottle of sparkling wine on your table. There are some tables in the front, perfect on a warm day.

Details: As sweet as the view (of Lake Michigan and the soaring wings of the Calatrava at the Milwaukee Museum of Art) is the Sunday brunch buffet ($ 39.95). Includes fresh oysters and clams in the middle of the shell, a la carte eggs Benedict and omelettes, and access to a dessert table. On the lunch table is Harbor House lobster cake, as well as Cedar Plank Baked Atlantic Salmon.

Details: Devon’s Sunday breakfast buffet ($ 29) is a lot like the rest of the seafood-centric lunch and dinner menus, with dishes like scallops, mussels, pepper mackerel, and smoked salmon. There are a dozen main dishes on the buffet, including lobster mac n’eseese, shrimp enchiladas, biscuits, and salsa. (And don’t worry, there is also a dessert table.)

Details: Open since 2014, this restaurant is inspired by one of the three experiences of the owners living in Spain. Sunday brunch means decadent bites like churro popovers, a suckling pig benedict with Dutch citrus, or blackberry chilli waffles braised with paprika and black pepper maple syrup.

Details: Serves brunch on Saturdays and Sundays at this super casual spot (known for its burgers and beer), the menu includes “breakfast poutine,” consisting of small taters topped with cottage cheese, sausage sauce, and two eggs; and ribs Benedictine. The prices are affordable, and the most expensive item is $ 11. Some of the dishes come with potatoes for breakfast, others with tater tots.
