MotoGP: Bagnaia wins another pulse, to Quartararo and in Misano

Misano.- The Ducati rider was a real hammer since the traffic lights went out, and signed a perfect weekend, in which he took pole position again and dominated the entire race, from start to finish.

Despite losing ground from the middle of the race with respect to Fabio Quartararo , with whom he came to have 2.7 seconds (lap 14), the Turinese did not even have to defend himself against the Frenchman, who stayed behind him without proposing any attack . To a certain extent it is normal that El Diablo settled for second place, especially if we take into account the superiority that, on paper, the Borgo Panigale bikes should have imposed.

The podium was completed by Enea Bastianini , who got on the box for the first time after making a spectacular comeback from fourth to 12th place on the grid. The Beast also broke the circuit record in a brutal series of fast laps.

Márquez finished fourth after winning a three-way brawl with Jack Miller (fifth) and Joan Mir (sixth). The current champion was sanctioned with a position for exceeding the limits of the established track, by a scant half centimeter, in the last lap.

The seventh place was occupied by Pol Espargaró, who finished ahead of his brother, Aleix (eighth), while Brad Binder (ninth) and Takaaki Nakagami (tenth) closed the top ten.

It is worth highlighting, in addition to this, the 13th place of Maverick Viñales in his second Grand Prix with Aprilia. The Catalan managed to finish ahead of Alex Márquez (15th) and Valentino Rossi (17th), in Il Dottore’s penultimate opportunity to say goodbye to the public that reveres him.
