The victory of Pecco Bagnaia assures the Ducati rider the runner-up position, while the third place achieved by Jack Miller, his teammate, materializes the constructors’ title for the Borgo Panigale brand.
The second position went to Joan Mir, who lapped less than three seconds behind Bagnaia at all times but was never in a position to put the bike on him.
Apart from the three occupants of the podium, it is worth highlighting the fall of Fabio Quartararo, with five laps to go, just after overtaking Jorge MartÃn (seventh) and while he was chasing Johann Zarco (fifth). The Devil has waited to proclaim himself world champion to add his first abandonment of the course.
Â
Alex Márquez, fourth, carried out the best race of the season and was about to climb into the box, even though Miller beat him to the position just before the stewards raised the red flag.
Pol Espargaró finished sixth, while Alex Rins (eighth), Enea Bastianini (ninth) and Brad Binder (tenth) closed the top ten .
The test was suspended after Iker Lecuona took on Miguel Oliveira at turn 13 on the left, and the Portuguese had to be rescued on a stretcher by medical services.
