After receiving a few expansions, the content of Borderlands 3 will be expanded once again after Gearbox Software announced the publication of Director’s Cut , a DLC that will be available from March 18 .
The downloadable content in question can be purchased through the game’s second season pass and will also arrive individually. Thanks to him you will have access to a few new features, among which the appearance of Hemovorus the Invincible stands out , a giant Varkid that has been lurking behind a door in Pandora that has remained closed since the launch of this installment.
Director’s Cut will also give access to a series of new missions , with previously unpublished areas , in which it will even be necessary to carry out an investigation into some murders that have been committed. This will lead players to travel through Pandora, Promethea, Eden-6, and Nekrotafeyo, as well as enlist the help of another series of familiar characters.
Along with all this will be introduced the Vault Cards , three cards that will propose daily and weekly challenges to complete, among which there will be 100 different objectives . In addition, these cards can be leveled up, which in turn will serve to unlock new cosmetic items and pieces of equipment that will be adapted to the level of the characters.
However, only one of these cards will be included in the DLC, while the other two are expected to be enabled sometime in late 2021 . In any case, there is no time limit for leveling them up, so everyone can carry out the task at the pace they prefer.
