Adrián Montenegro won the MotoGP eSports championship last year, under the nickname Williams_Adrian, defending the colors of Red Bull KTM Factory Racing .
The Spanish player has been one of the benchmarks in the MotoGP eSport championship since its creation four years ago and finally took the title last year thanks to the five victories and seven pole positions he achieved in eight races, closing the championship in the Round 4 held at Silverstone and Valencia .
After achieving 15 riders’ titles in 500cc/MotoGP, the Repsol Honda Team powered by OMEN seeks its first virtual title with Adrián Montenegro, who changes his nickname to Adriaan_26 in reference to his idol Dani Pedrosa , who wore the colors of the Spanish oil company for 14 seasons and won 31 grand prizes in the premier category.
The 2021 MotoGP eSport Global Series championship will take place over four rounds and will start virtually on June 11, when the 11 players from each of the teams present in MotoGP will face each other in a total of eight races.
