Little by little, a catalog of horror games is being forged on Wii that are making it an ideal console for lovers of scares. ‘Silent Hill: Shattered Memories’ is one of those titles, and its date of arrival in our lands was in doubt until yesterday, when Konami confirmed that Europeans will be able to enjoy this chilling adventure in February next year . The exact day has not been specified, I am afraid.
As you may already know, the title takes as its starting point the original mythical ‘Silent Hill’ , published ten distant years ago, and reinvents it to present a totally different adventure. The protagonists are the same, as well as many of the situations that will be experienced, but in essence it is a completely new game, and more terrifying than ever.
Although some of us had the hope of being able to have it in our possession a little earlier, the really important thing is that when the game arrives, it lives up to such a prestigious franchise. Remember that although the Wii version is the one that is making the most noise, it will also be on sale on PSP and PlayStation 2, thus allowing a greater number of players to have access to this promising title.
