Those of us who work from home with babies or young children know that it is an experience that can go in many ways: from being able to entertain them, to seeing how to send a simple email or make a call, they become an odyssey.

Quarantine has taken many things from us, but without a doubt one of the things we miss the most is physical contact with the people we love. Grandparents and grandchildren who can no longer hug, children who cannot hug their parents because they are considered risk groups, children who cannot play with their friends as they used to.

Motherhood has taught me many things, but one of the things that has surprised me the most is discovering that, contrary to what I expected, it is children who come to teach us many things about life.

The coronavirus came to completely change our lives, keeping us all locked in our homes and separated from the people we used to hang out with. We have all found ourselves confined for weeks and weeks, trying to live our lives as normal as possible.

The arrival of a baby is always a reason for joy, and when a change as important as that takes place in our life, we immediately want to share the good news with the people around us and share those moments with them. However, because of the coronavirus, many couples have not been able to live this experience.

It is a reality that confinement begins to weigh, especially for those of us who have children. We are running out of ideas to keep children entertained, and it becomes increasingly difficult to telework as we keep our house ready and help our children with their homework.

The birth of a child is a momentous moment in the life of any woman, which will forever remain in her memory. But for many, this important event has crossed another moment that will go down in history: the quarantine due to the pandemic caused by the coronavirus.

The extraordinary situation of confinement that we are experiencing is not easy, and even less for parents with children at home without being able to leave. In addition to teleworking, or having to go out to work forcibly in some cases, it is added that you have to take care of the house, the duties they have to do, keep them entertained and keep the morale of the family high.
