The fifth race of the 2021 season, the French GP , left, in addition to Jack Miller’s second consecutive victory, numerous images to remember. The Le Mans event has made the world championship red hot, with only one point between the first two, and a new change of championship leader (another one).

It was a chaotic race, which started in the wet but after only four laps it changed to wet conditions. That left the first ‘flag to flag’ grand prix since August 2017, and with the change of bike, the standings were turned upside down. In fact, Marc Márquez led comfortably after the restart, although the #93 crashed at turn 14 and then, trying to climb back into the top 10, suffered a second crash.

A brave Johann Zarco, who sees himself with options for the title, gave Ducati a double with second place, and Fabio Quartararo , the new leader, was the second Frenchman on the podium. Pecco Bagnaia managed to minimize damage with fourth place, something that neither Viñales did (tenth after not finding the way with the change of bike) nor the champion Joan Mir , who fell when the rain came, even with the bike set to dry.
