Now is the time to take a look at what December has given itself in terms of video game sales in our country. If at the beginning of the month we could see how in November only a single game appeared in the table with respect to the October sales list, in December we see that not only the majority repeat (6 out of 10), but that the four new entries they are games that return to the table after a while.
There is a lot of movement and, as I told you, titles like ‘Wii Play’ or ‘Mario Kart’ , also for Wii, reappear after two or three months of absence. Anyway, let’s take a look at it in more detail:

As you can see, the undisputed leader of last month’s general ranking is Mario with his ‘New Super Mario Wii’ , which climbs 6 places and takes the lead with authority and insolence. Either I am very wrong or probably next month, at least, repeat position. The kick has been given to ‘Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2’ on PS3, although it has only gone down one notch. In November it swelled to sell and continues to obtain excellent figures, yes.
The next four positions in the table are occupied by Wii titles, with ‘Wii Fit Plus’ climbing 3 spots to third place and the returns of ‘Wii Sports Resort’ , ‘Wii Play’ and ‘Mario Kart’ for Wii. The ‘PES 2010’ of the PS2 drops 5 positions compared to November, going to occupy the seventh place in the ranking.
Already at the bottom of the table we see another return, ‘Professor Layton and Pandora’s Box’ for DS, and two descents: ‘Assassin’s Creed II’ for PS3, which drops 4 positions and we will probably not see it in the ranking of January sales, and the ‘PES 2010’ of PS3, which is the title that drops the most positions of all, specifically 6.
Regarding the rankings by platform that you have below, it should be noted that both for PS3 and Xbox 360 the ‘Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2’ continues to triumph, while on PS2 and PSP football reigns with the title of Konami. Layton in the lead on the DS and Mario on the Wii. Watch out for the escalation of ‘The Sims 3’ on PC, which were in sixth position and have taken the first place from the title of Infinity Ward.
