The drivers with the most races in F1… without winning

A total of 112 drivers know what it is to win at least one Formula 1 race, and many more are those who have never been able to achieve the glory of climbing to the top step of a top-class grand prix.

Names like Giuseppe Farina (winner of the first race in history), Giancarlo Baghetti (an “anonymous” who only contested 21 tests) or Johnnie Parsons (who benefited from the fact that in the 1950s the Indianapolis 500 was scored in F1 and that only American drivers competed) are in history as drivers who won in their first appearance in the F1 World Championship.

Others like Mark Webber (130 races before his first victory), Rubens Barrichello (124), Jarno Trulli (117) or Carlos Sainz (150, finally braked at the 2022 British GP) had to wait a long time until their first victory. . But, and they are the protagonists of this gallery, there were (and are) many who disputed many grand prix without knowing what it was like to celebrate a victory in F1.

Find out who they are.

The 25 drivers with the most races in Formula 1 without victory (and their teams, which is important!):
