In the middle of the summer break, the reddish colors of Ducati have dyed the Marco Simoncelli International Circuit. The reason is none other than the celebration of the World Ducati Week, scheduled in Misano this weekend.
The event, which has received prestigious riders representing the Borgo Panigale factory, has been divided into three days in which action on the track is guaranteed.
On the occasion of the debut of the first electric Ducati in MotoE, the gear of the Italian team has come to celebrate the trajectory of the Bolognese manufacturer. Fully equipped, Gigi Dall’Igna and Davide Tardozzi were seen riding a two-seater Ducati ridden by the official MotoGP team’s regular rider, Pecco Bagnaia.
Impressed with the potential of the Ducati , the general manager and the team manager of the factory in MotoGP could not hide their excitement in front of the cameras, as shown in the previous video, published on the social networks of the official team.
In addition, this weekend, Misano will host the Race of Champions, an unmissable event for motor and two-wheel fans. In addition to the world runner-up, some assistants such as Álvaro Bautista, Danilo Petrucci, Jack Miller, Johann Zarco, Jorge Martín, Enea Bastianini, Fabio Di Giannantonio, Luca Marini and Marco Bezzecchi will be the protagonists of the celebration.
The race has the word ‘equality’ for the flag. For this reason, and to ensure the same conditions for all riders, the athletes will get on the controls of a Ducati Panigale V4 in a 12-lap race.
The event will start at 3:40 p.m. on Saturday and will include free practice at 3:40 p.m., with qualifying at 4:20 p.m. The race will be broadcast at 5:30 p.m. this Saturday on DAZN.
