Watch Dogs Legion: June's new patch will introduce 60FPS on PS5 and Xbox Series X / S, cross-play and more news

You may have explored futuristic London from top to bottom and have nothing left to discover. However, Ubisoft is going to remedy that with the arrival of new content in the form of patches for Watch Dogs: Legion.

Scheduled for the end of May, it will finally be on June 1 when update 4.5 lands on the title. The team wanted to make sure that their entire organization had “enough time to create the best possible experience.”

Thanks to this, the performance mode will be a reality in Watch Dogs: Legion . As usual with new generation consoles, this mode enables 60 FPS on PS5 and Xbox Series X / S. This will allow for more fluidity during our crazy games.

On the other hand, cross-play will also be introduced, although this is limited to consoles of the same brand. That is, Xbox One players with Xbox Series X / S players and PS4 players with PS5 players. Helen will also arrive as a new operator . Yes, the adorable old lady of arms take that we got to see in the first previews of the game.

The novelties do not stop in summer

Facing the hottest time of the year, Ubisoft does not want to leave us without a good portion of game hours. Invasion and Extraction PvP modes will finally be carried over to the August update , in order to “spend more time on public and private matchmaking.”

On the other hand, the downloadable content of the Bloodline story will arrive with patch 5.0, which will give us the opportunity to control Aiden , the protagonist of the first Watch Dogs, and Wrench, a character from Watch Dogs 2.

The roadmap shared by the French company also allows us to take a look at the collaboration that will be with the Assassin’s Creed franchise. We will see what is the result of it.
