Macaco not only treasures a repertoire of hits from Hispano-Latin music, but is also an artist highly involved with the message of environmental care. In addition, Macaco is an ambassador and regular collaborator of Greenpeace and is also the only Latin artist enrolled in the American organization GLOBAL CITIZEN, which seeks to pool the interests of governments, large corporations and citizen representatives to seek, among other solutions, advances in the sustainability of transport in cities.
