The C3, more customizable than ever

Citroën CEO Linda Jackson managed to give the firm a unique boost with the launch of the C4 Cactus. From the French house they bet on a differentiated, youthful and highly customizable design. They hit the nail on the head. Its design fit into a segment fed up with refined lines and vehicles with little personality. You liked it or hated its aesthetic, there were no intermediate points. Its famous Airbumps, originally designed to protect the bottom of the doors, became a decorative element in the entire range. What’s more, it still remains as a characteristic detail of models like the new Citroën C3 2020 . Three years after its launch, the chevron firm slightly upgrades to one of the most fun and urban B compacts in the segment . The improvements are mainly in the design and equipment section but it has also expanded the offer of customization details.

The large utility segment is extremely close. In it we find models such as the Seat Ibiza, Opel Corsa, Peugeot 208 or Hyundai i20 and they are just the tip of the iceberg. Urban mobility requires small cars but with enough habitability to make breaks from time to time. The new Citroën C3 complies perfectly, maintaining the same dimensions as the previous model with 3.99 meters long by 1.75 m wide and 1.47 m high . In addition, it has a 300-liter boot, one of the best among its rivals.

The key aspect of this Citroën C3 is its discounted price. The firm has managed to adjust its starting cost to the maximum up to 11,800 euros for the model with an 83 hp gasoline engine. Its competition usually starts from a thousand or two thousand euros more if we compare it with similar engines. That without sacrificing habitability, comfort and a level of equipment quite decent from the access model, with driving assistance and safety systems such as the emergency braking system in the city , blind spot, rear camera or involuntary lane change , among others. We tell you all their news in this gallery.
