The record of the South African woman who has given birth to 10 babies could be a lie

A week ago the story of Gosiame Thamara Sithole went around the world. A South African woman who gave birth to 10 babies in a single delivery and who broke all known records to date. At first she was expecting “only” eight children, but when she went into labor and had to have an emergency cesarean section at a Pretoria hospital, she was surprised because in the end two more were born than expected. Her husband, Teboho Tsotetsi, spoke with ‘Pretoria News’ and said he was very happy for the great family they had formed, and said there were seven boys and three girls.

Got pregnant from stallions without fertility treatment

Gosiame Thamara Sithole claims that she had become pregnant naturally , without any fertility treatment. If confirmed, it would be the first birth of 10 babies on record.

The current record is held by Halima Cisse , who gave birth to nine non-twins. The Malian woman was expecting septuplets, and the doctors decided to transfer her to Morocco for better monitoring of the pregnancy. Everything went well, and the woman and her nine children returned home a few weeks later.

For his part, a spokesperson for Guinness World Records has spoken with the ‘New York Post’ and explained that they are aware of the news of the South African woman . Now it remains to be verified, although for the moment the most important thing is the well-being of both the mother and the babies.

Is the story of the South African woman who has given birth to 10 babies true?

So far so good. However, since the news came to light there has not been a single photograph or video of the children, and this is what makes one suspect that the story could be a lie. Even the father assures that he has not seen his children yet , supposedly because they are premature, but Gosiame Thamara Sithole reaffirms his version. In addition, he charges against him saying that Teboho Tsotetsi hoped to get rich thanks to donations.

As if all this were not enough, the hospital itself has indicated that it has never treated anyone named Gosiame Thamara Sithole . What is happening? The mother defends herself from all controversies and criticism, and ensures that the only thing that moves those who do not believe her story is greed.
