NEO: The World Ends with You will take us back to Shibuya with its launch on PS4, Nintendo Switch and PC in summer

It has taken, much longer than any fan would have liked. But finally, we have already been able to take a look at both the game and its release date.

NEO: The World Ends with You, the direct sequel to The World Ends with You, will land on PS4 and Nintendo Switch on July 27 . Later, sometime in the summer, it will also arrive on PC via the Epic Games Store. We do not entertain you anymore, take a look at the spectacular trailer.

Square Enix’s original work arrived in 2007 and has since become a much loved franchise in the community. This time we will have to return to the busy Shibuya neighborhood, in Tokyo , where the Reapers will appear again.

This time we will take control of Rindo , a young high school student who aspires to return to the world of the living. Of course, there will be a lot of companions like Fret, Nagi or Minanimoto, who will accompany us during our adventure.

On the other hand, the aesthetics of the saga is fundamental , becoming a distinctive feature of it and that it will be back. We can scan people’s thoughts and thus visualize the enemies known as Noise.

Once we enter combat, we will access a dynamic system, which allows us to constantly change the team’s mentality and thus enhance the various skills. Hiroyuki Ito is the director of this installment , Takeharu Ishimoto is in charge of the musical direction, while the creative producer and character designer will be the famous Tetsuya Nomura.
