With what is to come on Nintendo, it is time to see the October releases on PS3, PS4 and PS Vita . A month in which ‘Gran Turismo Sport’ clearly stands out as the only weighty exclusive on PlayStation consoles.
At the level of multiplatform games, things become much more interesting due to the poker of aces formed by ‘Middle-earth: Shadow of War’, ‘The Evil Within 2’, ‘Assassin’s Creed Origins’ and’ Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus’.
Shadow here, shadow there
When: October 10, 2017
Where: PS4
How much: 56.90 euros
We started, precisely, with the sequel to ‘Middle-earth: Shadows of Mordor’, a game that was quite a surprise in 2014 . Its mechanics were very exquisite, although it lacked variety and a disastrous outcome. Hence, it is expected that ‘Middle-earth: Shadow of War’ polishes those details and enhances what was already good, a most addictive adventure.
‘The Evil Within 2’ , meanwhile, wants us to have a bad time again … in a good way. ‘The Evil Within’ also hails from 2014 and was a great starting point for Shinji Mikami and his new studio. Will its sequel overcome it?

Those racing cars that we can never afford
When: October 18, 2017
Where: PS4

Speed lovers have an unavoidable date with ‘Gran Turismo Sport’ , a new installment in the prolific Polyphony Digital saga, which this time becomes more professional if possible … although with elements that never change.
As for the multiplatform games of the end of October, two others stand out clearly. On the one hand, that ‘Assassin’s Creed Origins’ that will vary the stagnant formula of this saga that will soon be 10 years old ; and on the other, that sequel to the wonderful ‘Wolfenstein: The New Order’, where MachineGames showed that it could restore glory to this id Software saga.
