The fever to unlock achievements or trophies in video games leads some people to spend hours and hours in front of the screen in order to become the players that occupy the first positions in the leaderboards. Sony decided to introduce their PlayStation trophies ten years ago and since then for many it has become a pure and simple competition.
However, none have managed to surpass Hakam Karim “Hakoom” , who we talked about in August last year and at that time had managed to win 1,312 Platinum trophies. Since then he has not only become the person with the most Platinum trophies in the world , but he has also managed to enter the Guinness Book of Records with his 1,691 trophies of this type.
The bahraini A-Hakam breaks world records for the playstation and enters Guinness for having the most plats and trophies in the world after 10 years!

Hakoom has decided to pose for a photo with the plaque that verifies that he has indeed completed such a feat. Of course, since he obtained the record until now he has not stopped unlocking more trophies, to the point that today he already has 1,717 Platinum trophies in his possession , as indicated by his profile on PSN Profiles, a page that record all trophies earned by anyone.
And there is not everything, because if we add the number of trophies that it has in total of all types, the amount rises to 70,127 at the time of writing the news, because it would not be surprising if the number does not stop increasing constantly. Even so, the competition to be number one is so high that the user Roughdawg4 is the one that occupies the second position with 1,713 Platinum trophies , so there is not that much distance between one and the other.
On the other hand, Hakoom has wanted to upload a video to his Instagram account in which he has shown that he is capable of playing four video games at the same time in order to get the trophies much faster than normal. And there is not everything, because he has also ensured that during these ten years every day he plays between 10 and 20 hours to maintain his first position. A real madness that will be difficult for someone to overcome.
