AMP by Strathmore is a presentation and event space that opened in March 2015 inside Pike & Rose, the new mixed-use development in the White Flint corridor of North Bethesda, Maryland. The property features a 250-seat music venue; 2,800 square feet of interior space; 1,100 square foot green room and pre-function space. Live entertainment includes a wide range of genres including jazz, rock, folk, indie, and contemporary performances. The contemporary glazed design and flexible layout make it ideal for weddings, parties, business events, and other social gatherings.
The name “AMP” was chosen to reflect the “amplification” of cultural, educational and music programming to complement Strathmore’s overall mission to advance the future of the arts.
