Clarksburg Premium Outlets is an outlet mall, built by the New England Development Group and managed by Simon Premium Outlets, in Clarksburg, Maryland, in northern Montgomery County. The town-style center features 90 exclusive high-end retailers similar to the well-known designers and brands at Leesburg Corner Premium Outlets in Northern Virginia. The development of Clarksburg Premium Outlets included adding a new interchange on I-270 and improvements to Route 121.
The outlet center includes a pedestrian-friendly shopping and dining destination that draws visitors from across the region. It features a green outdoor amphitheater and beautifully landscaped promenades to provide a gathering place for local outdoor concerts and performances.
