At Inner Space they feel that relaxing, recharging and refreshing are critical to our individual well-being and success.

Inner Space first appears to be a small shop on a side street off the busy Neal Street shopping street in Covent Garden, but step inside and you’ll discover a peaceful and quiet setting. Soft music is always played to help you forget your worries, and after visiting the library filled with self-development reading, step into the Silent Room and give yourself time and space to relax and reflect.

The Quiet Room is open during store hours and is such a little-known gem that it will often get you all. The use of this paradise is completely free.

The Indoor Space in Covent Garden is managed and administered by the Brahma Kumaris Information Services, which is associated with the Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University.

All courses are led by facilitators and meditation teachers. Teachers freely give their time to share their experiences and insights on how to create inner change and deeper fulfillment.

Well-being in the community

Inner Space conducts outreach work aimed at empowering individuals and groups to help them develop their life skills. They work with centers for women, groups with physical and mental disabilities, drugs and rehabilitation, the unemployed and the homeless.

Don’t forget that all courses and activities are free! It is financed with voluntary donations, with no minimum donation required.
