Now, through a statement on Archewell , their charity website, Meghan and Harry have announced the birth of their second baby : a girl they named Lilibet Diana Mountbatten-Windsor.
In a special message, Meghan and Harry comment that they feel very happy and appreciate all the affection they have received:

The girl is named in honor of the current Queen Elizabeth II , who was affectionately nicknamed during her childhood “Lilibet”, and Diana , Princess of Wales and mother of Prince Harry, who died in a traffic accident in 1997.
