'The Bridgertons' renew on Netflix for a third and fourth season

The news about the next seasons of the series The Bridgertons are being announced by the Netflix platform little by little on their social networks. When all the followers were already excited that the second season was being shot, now on Netflix’s Twitter it announces that the series will also be renewed for a third and a fourth season. This story corresponds to the second book in the saga, The Viscount Who Loved Me. Julia Quinn wrote eight novels and each one tells of one of the brothers who were baptized by their parents in alphabetical order: Anthony, Benedict, Colin, Daphne, Eloise , Francesca, Gregory and Hyacinth. The third novel to be published is I Give You My Heart whose story stars Benedict Bridgerton and Sophie Beckett, the unrecognized daughter of the Earl of Penwood, whose stepmother and stepsisters put a life of hardship through a lifetime. The fourth novel published by Julia Queen was Seducing Mr.Bridgerton and the protagonists are the couple formed by Colin Bridgerton and Penelope Featherington. Therefore, if it follows the same order as in the publication of Quinn’s novels, season 3 could focus on Benedict (Luke Thompson) and the fourth Colin Bridgerton (Luke Newton) .This news coincides with the announcement a few days ago that the actor Regé-Jean Page, will not reprise the role of the Duke of Hastings, Simon Basset that won so many hearts in the first season.
