"Tomorrow's War" Trailer: Chris Pratt Travels To The Future To Avoid Human Extinction

The streaming platform Amazon Prime Video seems to have a clear bet on its exclusive productions and this is none other than creating action tapes with acting stars. Jordan’s turn with No Regrets, today it is Chris Pratt who travels to the future in the new trailer for Tomorrow’s War.Chris Pratt has changed Thanos’s chitauri for others aliens to annihilate, but this time it will not be Star Lord, but Dan Forester, a high school teacher and ex-military man who is recruited to travel to the future and save the human species. Dan, is also a family man, and that seems to be the responsibility that the character wants to assume in the conflict, as he says in the advance: “If I have to save the world to save it, I will.” Also in the cast are Yvonne Strahovski, who plays scientist Vicki Winslow, who explains the conflict to Dan and his father, Slade, who will be played by JK Simmons. The battle to save the earth will take place in 2051, 30 years after the time in which these characters live, but the danger is much closer, since as Winslow warns in 11 months “all humans will be erased from the face of the earth (…) we are living on borrowed time ”. But how will you save your present world if you annihilate the creatures in the future? Will they travel at the time of the invasion or much later? What are these creatures like? This first trailer for Tomorrow’s War has many cards up its sleeve about what many of the main elements of this time travel story will be like. The movie is directed by Chris McKay, who is known for directing the hilarious The Lego Movie.Chris Pratt continues to bet on action The Marvel hero seems to continue to bet on being the new favorite actor for any action film proposal in the industry. His role in the MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe), the Jurrassic Park franchise, remakes like The Magnificent Seven or Passengers-style sci-fi proposals show that Chris Pratt is a sure value at the box office. As if it were an extension of his Star Lord, the interpreter regularly applies a certain humor to his characters, a condition that usually alleviates the excessive dramatic weight that is often so unnecessary in action films. a future not as distant as its plot, from July 2 it will be on Amazon.
