Mii fever is back with the Miitopia demo, but this time the designs have a spectacular resemblance

Do you remember the Mii fever ? People started sharing their designs like crazy so you could create characters with a thousand and one styles, often trying to replicate the faces of fictional and cartoon characters. Well, the fever has returned multiplied by 10.

The fault of everything is the arrival of Miitopia to Nintendo Switch and the demo that is now available in the Nintendo eShop. Thanks to it, players have begun to fiddle with the editor and have discovered how far they can stretch their possibilities.

As we could do in the 3DS game launched in 2016, the idea is that we create our own characters to give life to an RPG adventure in which the relationship between one another will be the great claim of their surreal experience.

With designs like the one you have on these lines and with faces that are closer to realism than to the comic and simple aspect to which the Mii were accustomed, the Miitopia canvas offers us surprises as crazy as those that right now fill the page game on Reddit.

The return of Miitopia will hit stores on May 21 and will allow progress from the demo to the game. Something tells me that by the time it does, players will find one more way to surprise us with its surreal editor.
