Mario Kart 8: a fan releases the camera and takes us on a tour of the gigantic stages beyond each track

Nintendo takes great care of the details, and the care with which the ‘Mario Kart 8’ circuits have been developed is proof of this: leaving aside the secrets of each track, their finish fills the eye of racers and spectators for many laps that we have given. But sometimes to appreciate the smallest details you have to step away.

YouTube user Shesez invites us to a walk of more than 20 minutes around some of the circuits of ‘Mario Kart 8’, showing the meticulousness and the colossal work that is in the game and the number of decorative elements that it includes while we worry about climbing positions. The result is impressive.

One of the most striking is the Route of the Lasso, which is included in the second pack of DLCs of the game within the Bell Cup. Beyond all the toys and winks that there are, it is possible to see an entire room recreated to scale and decorated with great detail . In fact, we can even see how there are objects inside the drawers.

Now, if it is by number of elements, the Mute City circuit takes the cake : if we look at the image below we will see a city created entirely with its own green areas and gigantic towers. What is truly impressive is that the race track is what can be seen inside the red circle.

And if we talk about proportions, the tracks of the Rainbow Path may seem especially simple but the reality is very different. Not only is the size of the objects around it considerable, but the planet itself is an element of enormous size . Of course, if we move away we will see that the entire sphere has not been created.

Even on the simplest slopes, details shine through. In the Wario Stadium we will see how the stands, the banners and even the detail of the roofs is developed with great care.

Even the Parque Baby track, which is basically made up of two straights and two curves that close one of the most elementary paths, is full of elements, offering mountains, lakes, a Ferris wheel, a galleon and two huge buildings including a haunted mansion. and even a castle recreated in great detail.

The best? In the video you will see many more tracks and impressive elements . And it is not possible to deny that La Gran N has put more than passion to the tracks of ‘Mario kart 8’, although it must be recognized that the team behind it has always put more elements than expected in all deliveries of the series.

In fact, and as an added curiosity, an unreleased mode for Wii’s ‘Mario Kart’ was recently discovered almost ten years after it went on sale: as user MrBean35000vr has shown, the Wii adaptation of the Nintenderos Karts includes a Unfinished but playable version (via hacks) of Mission Mode seen on laptops.

This mission mode would serve both to learn the mechanics and to overcome a series of specific challenges such as making a miniturbo, making use of items or performing certain stunts. In fact, even unique tracks created specifically for this mode have been found.

We do not know how many hours you will have dedicated to the latest installments of ‘Mario Kart’ on Nintendo desktops, but we are sure of two things: there are still things to discover, including those who know each circuit like the back of their hand; and that these will not be the last secrets and curiosities that will end up coming to light.
