25 years go a long way to a video game saga. We cannot name many examples, something that seeing how the panorama of the sequels is seems destined to change, but I doubt that there is a quarter of a century more emblematic than the one that Nintendo has achieved with ‘Mario Bros.’ and its aftermath. The good thing about this type of game is that between winks and tributes it allows you to move to another era, the first time you put yourself at the controls of the plumber, to remember all the times you won, but also all the times you ended up defeated .
The video you have below is more about the latter. Because let’s face it, a lot of games go a long way, and none of us have been good enough to avoid every one of the deaths in this tribute. There are 25 , leaving aside much more, but almost all of those that prompted us to throw the remote to the ground are collected.
To choose between all of them I would throw for the lava . No death is as exasperating as that. One bad jump and you end up in that sea of polygonal fire, scorching your butt and looking for the last bounce to allow you to reach the platform in front of you. You will not arrive and it will be time to start again, but I bet what you want that next time you will not make the same mistake . It is not that it is a valuable lesson that you can take advantage of in life, but it has its grace to remember it from time to time.
