Don’t you think Sonic is gaining a lot of prominence on the Wii? I’m not saying it in a negative sense, be careful, but I find it curious that Nintendo is going to launch a new blue Wii in a pack that includes the game ‘Mario and Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games’ as he tells us via Press release. Anyway, you just have to take a look at the color of Sonic and that of the console to see that they are very different shades.
About the game I think there is not much more to say, since it is a new installment of the franchise in which two of the most popular characters in video games are fully involved in competitions of all kinds of sports (soccer, canoeing, 100-meter races, table tennis, and much more). In this case, it will be time to go to London, the venue for the next Olympic Games.
The pack will be available from November 18 and the console will be one of those with the new configuration (designed to put it in a horizontal position, not backward compatible with Gamecube games and, logically, without the ports for the Gamecube controls) . Be sure that this pack, together with the ‘Mario Kart Wii’ and ‘Wii Party’ ones, are going to hit it next Christmas.
